Every company has a story, and NextGen Synergy is no different. The idea came to Monica one sleepless December night in 2023, while realizing that she has provided businesses with feedback on social media and through many anonymous segments without being able to ensure consistency and continued results. Now with the creation of NextGen Synergy, she is able to link her strategy to her brand.

About the Founder
Hello! My name is Monica Mullin, and I am Founder, Owner and Vibe Developer of NextGen Synergy, I was born in Honduras, Central America, am a fluent Spanish Speaker and was raised in West Los Angeles, CA. I began my work experience in Financial Services with one of the largest banks in the United States in 2005. I elevated my experience in 2011 to focus on Proficiency Coaching & Development Certifications within the bank. I took a hands on approach to coaching and increasing employee retention in the newly assigned territories in which I managed and oversaw 25+ employees.

After starting a family in 2016, I decided to leave the big bank world and go to a smaller local mortgage lender to explore the retail mortgage market. But no matter where I've been, I have always made human connections and have been passionate in helping others succeed.

I am a fully licensed Loan Originator for the state of Nevada since 2017.
Over the years, I have worked hand in hand with thousands of clients and have made connections with people from all walks of life; business owners, colleagues, investors and next generation entrepreneurs to accomplish homeownership goals and financial strategies.
I am currently pursuing a degree in Bachelor of Science Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling with my husband and two kids. I am a self-proclaimed foodie and love exploring the varying cuisines Las Vegas has to offer. I enjoy reading, and expanding my knowledge in international culture and arts.
